For our Open Enrollment courses, we’ve made the process simple.
Step 1
Call our office! (808) 965-0613. Let us know your son or daughter is coming. We’re eager to meet you and answer your questions. Or send an email to greg@hawaiiwilderness.org.
Step 2
We require a $400 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. We accept credit or debit cards over the phone, or a check with Student Application can be mailed to PO Box 1511, Pahoa, HI 96778.
Step 3
Print, carefully fill out and sign these forms below with your son or daughter. Important details about our program are explained in our forms. We know it’s a lot to read, so thank you for reading them thoroughly! They’re critical to keeping our students safe. We’ve also included a packing list. The tuition balance and all forms should be received at least 30 days prior to course start.
Hawaii Wilderness Forms- Student Application, Medical Form, Waiver, Travel Form (please read before buying airline tickets!), Packing List
SCUBA Forms- Liability Release, Medical Statement, Safe Diving Practices
Step 4
Get ready for an adventure! We’ll call each student a few days before the trip to get to know you and answer any last minute questions. As always, Contact Us any time.
*We do our very best to deliver the agreed upon itinerary, but cannot guarantee it. Occasionally due to weather and other unforeseen events our plans must change. In such cases we will substitute the cancelled activity with the best alternative.
